2024 Unbridled Eve Volunteer Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Unbridled Eve Derby Gala. Please read the entirety of the information below and fill out the application at the bottom of this page.

Here are a few key dates and details to remember:

March 15th – volunteer applications due

Even if you have volunteered for Unbridled Eve before, please fill out a new application for this year.

March 22nd – volunteer notifications

We will contact you no later than March 22nd to let you know if we have been able to place you for the 2024 event.

Sunday, April 21st– mandatory volunteer orientation

Selected volunteers will receive a volunteer assignment and training for that assignment at orientation. It will be held at The Galt House from 4-6 p.m. Please save the date!

$75 per volunteer – the nonrefundable minimum required donation. The more we raise, the more we can help our charitable beneficiaries. You can read more about this below.

Filling out your preference does not guarantee you will receive your preferred placement. Please note that all night of event volunteers will be placed in one of three shifts - 6-9PM, 9-Midnight, or 11PM-2AM. Shift preferences are given first to returning volunteers.
